The cleanliness of the pool area raised concerns!!! If you're sensitive to noise, the nearby freeway could be an issue!!! Take care with the water heater. it’s inconsistent!!! The bathroom fixtures seemed outdated, giving a tired feel to the space!!!

Our two-night stay was enjoyable, aside from the AC unit needing some TLC. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect for heading to nearby events. Don't miss the onsite bistro for a quick bite before you head out! Pro tip, arrive early for the best parking.

The Courtyard By Marriott Phoenix West/Avondale had a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. The clean and well-appointed room had lovely decor, and it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy for me to explore.

The room was beautifully designed and comfortable. I appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel, especially the lobby and common areas. The attentive service from the staff truly stood out, making the experience feel personalized. I found the extra HDMI in my room to be a thoughtful addition that made streaming my shows easy.
